How much does mystery shopping cost in Bali?
Every programme is quoted to your venue, based on the number of outlets and the type of venue. The meal or drinks on each visit are covered by the venue. Message us on WhatsApp and we will send a quote the same week.
How long is the commitment?
Programmes start with a three month block, because the value is in seeing the scores change over time. Longer terms are priced lower.
Will my staff know who the shopper is?
No. Our shoppers are never named to clients or staff, and we rotate them so no face becomes familiar. Your staff names do appear in the report so you can recognise good work.
Can I see an example report?
Yes. Our sample report uses fictional venues and scores so you can see exactly what you would receive. Real client reports are always private.
